    Nice excerpt you have of your ebook here. I am very sure that my girlfriend will be very interested in this ebook. I have to get it across to her ASAP. This is really cool and I like the fact that you can point out that exercising or pushing too much can mean another thing. I didn’t know that the ladies could get some abs as well though. Sounds cool

    It’s the first time I’m hearing anything like overdo in an exercise. I guess at the end of the day, we all learn new stuff everyday which in my opinion is pretty cool. I have really fallen in love with your ebook and I must say that if your exercpt can be this educative then the whole book must be a sea of knowledge. I should get one. Thanks!
