Diet Menu: Fruit Juice, Vegetable Juice, Soup and Water.
If you are looking to lose weight; and you have tried other Diets; this might just be the diet for you. But, first things first I want to say here: I am not a Doctor or Dietitian; and before you start any diet; you should consult with the correct medical People. Before you start any diet; you should make sure that you are healthy enough to follow that diet; you should at least see a Doctor; and ask his or her opinion.
Now, I will state here; that although I have a Health Care Aide Diploma from Stratford Career Institute; I will advise again; before starting any Diet; consult with Medical Professionals.
Now, to the diet; you should have at least 2 Liters of water a day. This may cause you to go to the bathroom more; and in fact you will want to go to the bathroom more; as this will flush toxins out of your system. To my knowledge; 1.2 to 1.5 is suggested; unless working out; then more is suggested. But, to start with you should drink 2 Liters of water a day; but you have to pee it out; so you may want to drink it close to a bathroom or at home.
Now to Fruit Juice; you will want to drink about 2 cups of Fruit Juice a day; with the water you are drinking; you will flush out any negative affects from the fruit juice. But, you will want to drink about 2 cups a day. And my Personal Preference is Fruit Punch.
Now, you will want to drink also; 2 cups of Vegetable Juice a day. As said with the Fruit Juice; any negative affect from 2 Cups will be negated from the water.
Now, if you really want to lose weight; but I Highly Suggest you are careful with this; along with the Fruit Juice, and Vegetable Juice; eat Low Sodium Gluten Free Soup Base. I suggest that if you really want to REALLY lose weight; eat Low Sodium Gluten Free Soup Base. But, if you start to feel weak; eat another soup; such as Vegetable Soup, Chicken Noodle Soup, or some kind of soup with meat in it.
But, if you are patient; don`t start with Soup Broth unless you want to.
And I am going to say this here; not just with this diet; but with any diet; you should be in touch with the proper medical Professionals. So, that if you start to feel an ill Effect from the diet; they are there to advise you. And I will say again; not just for this diet; but for any diet; please be in touch with the correct medical professionals; such as a Doctor and Dietitian; if you can get both.
