I have to say here; I am not a Doctor or really a Medical Person; although I do have a Health Care Aide Diploma from Stratford Career Institute which is not accepted everywhere. I must say here; before starting any new Regimen in diet and or health. You should consult with the appropriate Medical Person. You should at least see a G.P/Doctor before making any new changes. And before starting to diet and or exercise; you may want to get a Health Check or a Checkup with a Doctor to make sure that you would do no harm to yourself.
