The All Soup Diet.
Now, I am going to say here first things first; I am not a Medical Professional although I have a Health Care Aide Diploma which is not accepted everywhere; I have my Health Care Aide DIploma from Stratford Career Institute. But, I will say; like starting this or any other diet; please see a Doctor and Nutritionist first. If you cannot see a Dietitian; see at least a Doctor before starting any Diet. And The All Soup Diet should really help you lose Weight.
And I want to say too; while on any Diet; make sure you get the Nutrition you need. Consult with a Medical Person. But, try to make sure you are drinking enough water. To my knowledge: 2 Liters of water a day is enough.
I am going to say more on Nutrition; try to drink Fruit Punch. It has the necessary Vitamins you need while on a Diet. And try to drink some kind of Vegetable Juice; you could drink V8. But, try to drink enough juices with vitamins in them; that you do not starve your body of Nutrition.
Now, onto the Diet; try to eat Low Fat, Carb, and Calorie Soup. Try to eat soup that isn`t fattening; and eat it whenever you are hungry. Try eating just soup. Try eating soup that will help you lose weight; and will not put weight on.
It is best to eat a soup; that will not cause you to gain weight; the whole point of this is for you to lose weight; so it is best to make sure that you are eating a low carb, low calorie, low fat Soup.
And I cannot stress this enough; for whatever diet you are on; make sure that you are not starving your body. Make sure that you get the nutrients you need; on ANY Diet. If you start to feel weak; or if you are having health Problems; Consult with a Medical Person and or Doctor Immediately.
And I will say; this is a 24 hour low fat, low carb, low calorie soup diet. You will only be eating soup on this diet. And I will say again; make sure the soup is not fattening; or you will end up gaining weight; so make sure it is a Low Carb, Low Calorie, Low Fat Soup.
You can eat whatever soup you want; as long as it will not put weight on you. You can go with Vegetable, Chicken Noodle; or anything else; as long as it is Low Carb, Low Fat, Low Calorie Soup.
I will say again; before starting any Diet; consult with a Medical Person first; and if you can? Consult with both a Dietitian and Doctor.
